Low Noise Intra-vane Pump
This series of pumps was developed by our company to meet the increasing demands of low noise in machine-tool industry. Total 4 series including 19 kinds are available, whose displacement ranges from 18 ml/r to 193 ml/r, maxim continuous operating pressure is 17.2Mpa, the speed of rotation ranges from 600 rpm to 2200 rpm. The intra-vane structure can supply the pump with long service and low noise, also high pressure and large flow. The smooth operation and more efficient capacity efficiency are the intrinsic attributes of the pump. Twelve-blade pump construction assures the little amplitude of the pulsating flow and the low noise of the system. The shell design is of quality shock absorption, which makes the noise the lowest and advances the comfort of the operation. The main specification of technique achieve the advanced level among the same trade of the products around the world.

This series of pump use replaceable cartridge kits, which can allow the repairment on the spot and reduce the construction time thus enhance production efficiency. The machine core module tested in the factory can offer the performance of the new pump. The positions of input and output can be various, which makes installation flexible and design convenient.
